Started with a quote in late spring. they came out measured everything and walked me through hardie options vs the cheaper stuff. took a few weeks to get on the schedule but they told me that upfront. once they started it moved fast. crew was on site early every day and the lead checked in with me before they wrapped up. paperwork for the warranty came thru about a week after. solid process from start to finish no surprises
