Glad I tried the huli huli chicken! Briend and smoked on a bed of rice served with Mac n cheese and a slice of pineapple.
Aloha nui loa! I LOVE this place! Having spent a good deal of my childhood hanging out at the Manapua Truck in Kaneohe Bay, it's wonderful to finally find someone who knows how to make authentic Hawaiian food on the Mainland. I only get to town once every few years but I make sure to eat here. Tried a bunch of different dishes this time with my family (none of whom had ever had Hawaiian food) and they LOVED it all! Brought me back to Hawai’i! 🤙 Still have friends/family there and the atmosphere and food made me miss HI that much more! The food WAS SO ONO delicious!!!! I’ll definitely be back for the poke! True Hawaiian style the way they made it! Some places in STL I’ve been to add other veggies to it (which isn’t Hawaiian style poke) and it’s not the same delicious taste I’m used to from Hawai’i.
