I frequent this car wash quite often and recently had to cancel both of my subscriptions. I have 3 cars and had subscriptions for 2 of them and would pay as I go for the 3rd. But after today, I'm done. I say at watch 3 cars in front of me get basic and good services. They all got both sides of their vehicles prewashed... I paid for a best and when I pulled up, the attendant motioned for me to pull up, he didn't direct me where to steer and I could hear my rims and tires scrape and pop into place. My car was still dirty when it came out, they made it right and cleaned it up for me. Vacuum suction isn’t very good right now though. Thank you for the good customer service!
