Went by today for the 1st time . They did a great job . I didn't leave with soap still running down my car like some of the others car washes .
Paid for what you’d think would be a decent car wash. One guy couldn’t even focus enough to spray my car before going through the wash to atleast spray dirt off the windshield. The other guy “directing” never once looked up to tell me where I was so now I have a scratch on my wheel when pulling in because I thought I was good when pulling onto the track. Now having to go to a self wash to get stuff off the windshield still. Don’t waste your money
I have had this membership for about a year and the only reason why I didn’t cancel it before was because there is one young man with special needs who has the best attitude in the world and he brings joy to our family when we visit. Outside of that—Customer service is bad. The car wash is outdated. It charges the same amount as some of the competitors who have much nicer systems and quality customer service.
