Bought a Shabbos Heating tray. It cooked food (turned it into charcoal) instead of just warming it. Had to throw out the food, family was left without food for Shabbos. Brought back the tray and just got nonsense from salesperson. giving me all kinds of runaround like I should have used a timer with it and its designed to work like this. and instead of apologizing for the incident that the item was defective and compensating me for the trip from SI to Brooklyn, damaged table, and food and possible fire hazard, he reluctantly... read more
