Preston and Sterling (I think that was his name) went above and beyond. What we thought was a minor problem turned into a larger issue that needed to be addressed. I had a outdoor GFI tripping on its own every 15 seconds. I called Buzz Electric and visited with a very helpful lady. They scheduled my appointment and called 20 minutes before arrival were even a little earlier than the scheduled appointment. Preston and his apprentice were very helpful and replaced the GFI very quickly. They also answered several other questions that I had. I am extremely pleased with their service and can recommend them wholeheartedly.
