I decided to build a pool this year and selected Buzz Davis Pools. Riley came out to my property and worked with me to design a pool that fit my property. He worked with me to make changes when requested. The process took approximately three months from the time of my permit being issued. 2008 i am now retired , so I have time for a review. .. signIng up for this pool , supposed to take two weeks to complete. I shook my head and gave them four weeks. Once they take that big deposit , I didn't see him for a week or so. Another time they didn't show up for 3 weeks. They ruined our pool. My grandkids are cutting their feet on the finish, they messed up the tile and we had to pay someone else thousands of dollars to fix it. Their subcontractors were rude, and left trash all over our property. Do not use this company. Nightmare!!!
I cannot overstate how profoundly disappointing our experience was with Riley. Over the course of several years, this project was consistently mishandled, resulting in repeated delays, botched permits, and substandard work that ultimately had to be corrected by other professionals—people who actually knew what they were doing.
