Called Friday to make wash &cut appt for Sunday. Chose 11:30 appt. Confirmed twice that it was for this Sunday. Arrived and was told my appt was next Sunday. (I did not open their confirmation text, which apparently I should have) When I said I’ll let you know if I can make that, I was told “then we’ll just cancel it.” Weird interaction, I’ll go somewhere else.

First time client and Simone was my stylist. She did a beautiful transformation of my hair that had been my vision from previous hair sessions that never came to fruition. She spent so much time and attention to detail making sure it was done correctly and was so pleasant to engage with.

Forgot to leave a review! Horrible place. Woman with vibrant colored hair was spiteful and rude. Tried to get me to buy extensions for already long and healthy hair.. tells me my hair is all dead which is not true I hardly have any split ends don’t use any heat never color it’s shiny. Jealous woman.. did nothing for my hair but rip through it wet with a harsh comb. Glad I found my old stylist again. Don’t come here.

UPDATE 7/30/26:Buzz Cutz just gets better & better! EVERY lady in there is incredible & Talented! I go to Ashley. Shes FRIENDLY, talented, a great person to talk to & shes REAL! Shes not just talking to you because youre paying her. She has GENUINE conversations & she remembers too!!! I'll NEVER stop going there! Standing ovation to the whole team!
