I've been going to Buzz Cutz for a few years now, and I've never had any issues. Samantha cuts my hair and she does a wonderful job! My husband also goes to Buzz Cutz and the owner cuts his hair. He also is likes his haircut.
Best haircut.
Called Friday to make wash &cut appt for Sunday. Chose 11:30 appt. Confirmed twice that it was for this Sunday. Arrived and was told my appt was next Sunday. (I did not open their confirmation text, which apparently I should have) When I said I’ll let you know if I can make that, I was told “then we’ll just cancel it.” Weird interaction, I’ll go somewhere else.
First time client and Simone was my stylist. She did a beautiful transformation of my hair that had been my vision from previous hair sessions that never came to fruition. She spent so much time and attention to detail making sure it was done correctly and was so pleasant to engage with.
