My 36 year old disabled niece has used this shop since she was 18 for hair cuts and dyes since she was 18. Monday after Easter she went to get her hair dyed and Betty asked who cut her hair. When my niece told her where Betty told her she should have them dye it as well. My niece is disabled and cannot speak well or clearly due to her disability so communicating is not easy for her.
