I received a call from Buzz Boss about outstanding money. They came out on January 12th to check boxes and fill up the treatment. I canceled them the same day and they collected their boxes one week later. Now they want me to pay for a full month’s service even though we only had one week of service before they collected the boxes. Joshua told me there’s nothing he can do about it. Josh is always friendly and very personable. Whenever he comes over he always double checks with us to make everything is going well and if there are any new concerns or any thing he needs to do extra for the monthly service. Thanks for the outstanding service Josh.
