Awesome service If what the lady previously wrote is true, then she needs to define what a customer is. A customer is considered the person who pays. if she had gone there to get one kids hair cut, then came back later in the day her coupons would both be honored. My kids love getting their hair cut there. We have never had a problem and they always look adorable.

great service with great smiles I have been using the buzz for years. I drive 40 miles just to get my haircut sometimes. The workers do a great job and are always professional and courteous! I have even gotten my kids haor cuts there and they did an excellent job for them also. Highly recommended!

I WILL NEVER COME BACK!!!!!!!! The Buzz had coupons for $10 off Kids cuts on Sundays . I have to admit, I've NEVER had such a horrible experience with my children all my life!!!!!! I went in with my two children with two (2) coupons that said 'One coupon per customer". Is not one child per coupon ONE COUPON PER CUSTOMER?!?!? Apparently not to "The Buzz"!!!!! After the confusion about THIER COUPON MISPRINT they were RUDE to my children!!!!!!!! I will NEVER RETURN to this so called place of business! Have a problem with the co... read more

Buzz I have been very pleased with the hair dressers at the Buzz. I just walked in and took who was available. They were very helpful and listen to your needs. I would highly recommend them.
