I was scheduled for cataract surgery in two days with Dr. Buznego when the office called to cancel everything giving no reason! It was the office that gave me the date, told me to order drops, pay for the drops and pay for the surgery. I started putting the drops after paying $40.00 for them. The office called me and the procedure was paid for. Even the hospital called me to confirm the appointment and I gave payment. DONT waist your time going to this Doctor after your operation it will take forever to set a appointment a nightmare the phone will answer one hour after and most likely not ever.
Even though the office is very busy, my appointment ran relatively on time. Wait time was short. I did not feel rushed when I saw the doctor.
A completed disaster !!!!
Dr. Buznego was so great and thorough! I feel a lot better about surgery
I went in as an emergency appointment and they were very accommodating. Dr. Buznego was very professional and explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand for the layperson; he also informed me of anything he saw out of the ordinary.
