My daughter accidentally locked my keys in our truck at Buzick this afternoon & I must give a shout out & HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who works at Buzick in Bardstown! They were extremely helpful, friendly, patient & caring while we worked on getting our truck unlocked. They put up with a tired & cranky 1 yr old, as well as, 2 energetic kiddos! They give them cookies & popcorn & made them feel welcome while we waited! They also loaned me a raincoat, gloves & a flashlight to assist in the process of getting my truck open. Not ... read more
Customer service is the best. If they don't have something in stock they can order it! Love this place. Best hardware store in Bardstown.
They have just about everything you need to maintain a house as well as build it from the ground up! Collectively, this work force has all the knowledge of any big box store I've ever shopped in, and then some!
Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced! Unfortunately I did not catch the name of the man that helped me but he told me he did electrical work apart from working at Buzicks. I came in needing a fluorescent light fixture that I could plug in. They did not have one that had a plug in already attached but he showed me everything I needed and then put it all together for me! I appreciated it so much, thank you again!
These people are genuine and are there to help in any way they can.
This establishment is full of nothing but incompetent morons. From being overpriced to substandard lumber to rude and incompetent employees. I rented a piece of equipment and placed the deposit on my debit card. I was told as soon as the piece of equipment was returned, my deposit would be returned to my bank account. 3 days later and still no money back in my account. There is no sign of any kind stating that there is a hold on deposits that HAVE to be placed on a credit/debit card. No one there clearly takes responsibility... read more
