NO STARS! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! SCAM! I traded in my 2011 Mercedes for a 2014 RAM ProMaster, from Buy Your Car Easy, on June 23, 2023. I since then, the credit union which provided the auto loan for me, has paid the dealership 2 months ago, but yet the dealership has YET to pay the bank for the purchase of the Mercedes.
