I have purchased from Buy Low for a year now! I spent over $100,000 with them. I purchased a 24 pallet truckload in August and was told it was very very nice stuff strictly for a bin store! To my SHOCK it was not Nice at all! 24 pallets last me 6 weeks and after 2 weeks of this mess that I received I had to re-order 12 more pallets to have enough decent stuff to stock my bins! I was going to go with another liquidator that I had been him-hawing about, so glad I him-hawed!!! I just kept having doubts and they were so expensive but they had what I wanted. Last minute I found BUY LOW and glad I did!!! The pallets I got were way cheaper and being a first time buyer of pallets the price at BUY LOW was a lot easier to swallow!! Great company to work with. John (our sales rep) always has our back and will not recommend a load if he isn’t confident it will work with our model. At the end of the day you know he cares about a long lasting partnership, not just trying to make a few bucks on a load (like some other liq. companies) Great group of people at BuyLow!

I receive the wrong load not because of buylow is because the items were shipped wrong from direct product wearhouse. They told me to take the load and so I did as we got farther and farther into it I knew it was not right one. I talked to buylow they said they contact the company. We were in full communication the whole time. The company pretty much told them oh well but buylow said that make it right. So this is my second pallet I brought from BuyLow Warehouse. Of course as I walked in I was greeted with a smile. The forklift driver Victor was so helpful and knowledgeable about what they had and where I could find it. He even took the time to explain how the layout has changed. I told him what I was looking for and he told me where I could find it. Like always great customer service. I found a pallet that had exactly what I was looking for at a great price and check out was easy. Will be back soon…
