The service at Buy Low Appliance was great I was out of town and needed a new stainless steel set for a kitchen in one of my rental properties. I put my trust in them to pick out close to perfect pieces paying $700 for the whole set including delivery and installation with perfect timing for my tenant to move in next day!

The female owner has no business dealing with customers. She is rude and snobby. Bought a refridgerator a month ago that was missing a crisper drawer. Owner stated that she would order one, like pulling teeth to get the drawer and she had a stank attitude. Don't promise things that you are not really willing to come through on.

Do what you say you going to do. I bought a stove on labor day,the drawer was missing a guide and they said they would fix before I got it,did not happen two weeks later got a drawer from another unit after many calls. If you do any deals with them good luck,you have been warned.
