In a very difficult to navigate housing market it is such a relief to know companies like this one are operating. Daniel is always responsive and easy to communicate with. Everything is handled professionally and efficiently. I highly recommend BSR!
The agents were polite and pleasant, however communication was abit poor throughout the process. I presented an offer on a property for sale as a genuine first home buyer with pre-approval and received no follow-up, I had to contact the agent a week later for feedback & then i increased and presented another offer (completely reasonable price of value) & still left in the dark with no contact or follow up.
