Nick was incredibly wonderful to deal with: he instantly took my initial phone call, quickly assessed what I was looking to accomplish, given the condition of my home, and within less than 2 hours came to visit and tour my property. We quickly determined a mutually acceptable and beneficial sale price, without need for any sort of haggling.
