After searching through many buyers agents we finally came upon someone we thought we could trust. We paid for the manufactured deal option. This service included advice and a property that could produce multiple income streams e.g. co-living or a duplex etc. We were looking for a house that needed minimum work/renovations as we live interstate and did not have the budget for it.
