I went here the same day as bed bath and beyond, and the same for them, the store look really good and clean for the last 10 days, ESPECIALLY BECAUSE THERE WAS ONLY 2 people working!!!!!
Worst customer service ever. Literally today, I went to the store because of an issue with a purchase. While talking to one of the employees, the manager came out of nowhere, and without identifying herself told to leave because she was tired of hearing me ( I had been less than 10 mins in there). I am sorry for the other employees, but a store with a customer service and manager like these should not be running and dealing with highly sensitive customers such as pregnant women and new parents. I came in to the store with my husband just looking at convertible car seats and other possible needs for my 11 month old. Hannah was extremely helpful and walked us through the ins and outs of all the car seat options and explained some of the pros and cons. Hannah was very knowledgable in all of the product. We had to change the diaper while there and the changing room was very clean and convenient. The bathrooms were also very clean. The store was clean, employees were friendly, but they are a little pricey. Unfortunately what I was looking for was out of stock.
