Just sharing, we called today and the store said they are closed to the public now.
If you have to question why this store is going out of business.. heaven help you. You should have stopped registries a year ago if you were going to shut your stores down. Now you have hundreds of people who are not only livid but also wasted their hard earned money. In today’s economy that is just cruel, it is also cruel to do to your (more than likely underpaid) employees. It would be nice if they had what you wanted in the store
I have a $55 gift card from the baby shower and I didn't know they're going to close the store!! I didn't receive the email neither!! How comes stopped receiving the gift card after May 8th!! Got disappointed from the app, now I'm so glad they're closing the store!! I threw the money away for nothing!!]
Purchased crib, dresser, nursing chair, car seat, and stroller from here. Spent thousands of dollars. When they accidentally shipped me the wrong items, they refused to fix the issue. They refused to replace the item and refused to issue a refund. They were rude and not accommodating. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.
