Thankfully the store is closing forever because it seems to be a magnet for awful people. I was cursed/yelled at by a couple and when I told the manager he said he couldn't do anything about it/didn't see anything. (it happened in front of him and the entire staff less than five feet away, some of them even turned around). He didn't even remotely sympathize for the situation. Totally unsafe shopping experience. They don't care anymore now that it's closing.

We have been frequently visiting Buy Buy Baby in Sunset Valley! The staff has been absolutely incredible! It is rare to find such knowledgeable retail staff who actually seem to care about customers! Specifically, Michael has been the associate we’ve worked with and he is fantastic! We highly recommend shopping at Buy Buy Baby in Sunset Valley and recommend Michael for any special needs or orders!
