Great customer service, super nice people but gave me the wrong bassinet color, I got a pink bassinet color when I asked for a Grey one. I have no idea if I can do an exchange since it was a final sale item. I don't mind the pink since it's my favorite color but I'm having a boy 🤣
This store is closing down and having a liquidation sale where ALL sales are final no exchanges or returns. There are signs posted at every register. Sales have been going up every week it’s now up to 25% so the comment the previous customer left is inaccurate. I also spoke to the manager and they are no longer owned by bed bath beyond. Their policies are now different. Alot of people don’t understand that.
