Do not make a special trip, this is a SMALL section on Bed Bath and Beyond. Also, higher prices then I found online.
I’m handicapped & can only see with one eye. I don’t drive. I’ve just gone through serious bank fraud at BMO Harris so I can’t order on the internet, I bought 5 toys by calling them. Buy Buy Baby shipped them & they got here before the due date & they left them inside the outside door that’s unlocked & the inside door that’s locked. My 2 year old grandson will love them they are for his birthday!!!!
I’ve had good experiences every time I’ve came here to buy stuff for my baby. Also the time I made an online purchase through the store.
This store has beautiful products but very poor customer service. A crib was purchased for me as a gift in July 2019. The headboard arrived cracked and I can’t get anyone to help rectify the issue. Numerous emails and calls have been made and all I get is “we will reach out to the vendor” with no resolution. It’s absolutely ridiculous and I will never purchase another item from them again. My baby will be arriving within the next few days and I have a damaged crib in her nursery. Very disappointed customer.
