Alexis at the cash register was helpful with our returns. Laticia is very friendly & helped us a few times with finding items in the store. It looked like they were short staffed due to the running around of employees & the need to call for assistance over the radio but the employees never acted badly or frustrated towards the costumers.
I have to thank the Orland Park location for the EXCELLENT customer service that they gave me with exchanging out my Motorola monitor - I tried contacting Motorola customer service with no success and buybuy Baby came through to help me replace an expensive monitor with very little hassle. It was very much appreciated!!
If you need simple baby necessities like Evenflo bottles with cross cut nipples or soft cotton burp cloths or pear juice they cannot help you. Sure, they can order it online, but why did I come to your HUGE Baby store? The staff was very nice and tried to be helpful. Just a store of gadgets that take up space and waste of money. Save your time just go to Babies"R"Us or Target.
Did our registry here and now that baby is here I find myself here a few times a month for both essentials and just to browse! Shout out to bbb and staff for such a nice feeding room which makes it so much easier with a newborn, feeding in a nice rocker instead of a dirty family bathroom is so nice! Keep up the good work!!
