Customer service is awful. Everyone I have ever dealt with in this store is rude and uninformed. I ordered my sons baby furniture here, we can picked it up and took it home (we were currently in the process of moving) so we were not going to open it until we were in our new house but something told me to look and sure enough they had given us someone else furniture. So now they automatically take 20% off anything you return without a receipt??? That's not good business! I had baby gifts to swap and was going to have to pay $ to get the same things in different patterns until I had a little talk with them. I did have to return a few things I couldn't swap and only got 80%, which I think is unfair. I had some bigger items to purchase but now it won't be from them!
Great customer service! We had a problem with a product and they didn't hesitate to go above and beyond to fix the problem almost immediately! Shipped us new product plus some overnight. Thank you!
I love this place! Clothes and shoes for boys that's so darn cute. I cant get enough of this store.
