I went to the store last week. When I was not sure of the size, the store associate told me I could return the unused/unopened items with no problems. When I went yesterday to return, I was told that they were not accepting returns due to Covid and pointed at a sign near the register. They should have told me the return policy at check out. Instead, they are happy to take your money and assume all the customers read the sign they posted near the knick knacks. Way to waste my time. Will not go back!

The worst customer service. The gentlemen who must have been a manager was completely rude as well as April. You work at a store selling baby items for expecting mothers and children and you can’t be respectful. Find s new job preferably not working with people. It’s funny to watch APRIL set up a new registry for expecting moms with a smile on her face but is as rude as can be to an unhappy customer. Huge thank you to the employees that helped us tonight! We had to get many last minute items and had many questions that were answered for us and the cashier was wonderful too!
So I had two in store coupons plus manufacturer coupons. It’s absolutely ludicrous that you can’t use the store coupons towards the diapers and wipes. Then I wanted to do a separate order for another item to use the coupon on that and the store clerk stated to me I can’t use it. So tomorrow, I am returning the stuff I bought and will stay with target. I save more there anyways and they don’t cap my coupons. My daughter’s lovey security blanket is on its final days from being used, and dragged around everywhere. I can’t find any, anywhere! I was about to order from a store in Australia when I decided to call. Bernard was able to order for me, and have shipped to my house! Great customer service that day!! Thank you Bernard!
