Wonderful customer service this morning picking out an item and then the absolute most atrocious check out I have had at that location! Your cashier even stated "look I just really want to go home". So sorry for the inconvenience of shopping with you.

I just waited in line for a while, 30 people deep. Cash out process is the choke point in the Naples store. I walked out and ordered the product from Amazon in the parking lot. Opinion of other patrons is that if that many people want to spend money, you better have people there to take it. One other observation was that at 50 years old, I was the youngest person in the line. The folks ahead of me didnt look like they do online shopping, therefore the writing is on the wall for retail. Peace

Change their policy for credit on items that go on sale from 14 days to at least 30. Its no wonder that the stores are doing so badly , customer support is not well thought out. Will not shop there again any time soon and will.not recommend to family or friends
I'm getting tired of going to Bed Bath and Beyond at Crestview Mall with your latest "booklet" of merchandise in hand and I'm told that you are out of the merchandise already! This is happening too often! What good are your coupons if I can't purchase what I want? Why put merchandise in the booklet if you don't have enough of the item/s to purchase? This has happened the last 2 times that I visited BB&B and I'm getting tired of it.
