I went last night to finish getting stuff for my grandbaby due in sept so I could take to Kansas. The staff was amazing. From Andrew in strollers to the guy in Furniture that liked my crazy different colored hair! We also had 2 sweet young ladies that helped with picking out a monitor and owlet and were very knowledgeable with all products. The cashier was one of the sweet ladies The manger was also very kind and joked around with my husband cause as a first time grandma I was buying or trying to buy everything in the store.... read more
Best baby shop and best buybuybaby branch I've been to I visit 2 to 3 times a week even if I don't need anything... The staff is amazing very helpful and welcoming specially Phillip he goes above and beyond to help out
I ordered a crib for my daughter and it came broken, got the second one and it was even more damaged than the first one. When I called they were rude and unprofessional. Very unhelpful. Trying to get my money back is going to be a nightmare. I will never shop there again..
I have had nothing but excellent customer service since I started shopping at Buy Buy Baby almost 3 years ago. I have called their costumer service to recover lost gift cards, needed to return things outside the return window, among other things and have never had a problem! Seriously awesome service all around. Thanks!!
I received a gift card to this store for my baby shower and went to redeem it yesterday. It was by far the worst experience I have dealt with in retail ever. There was no kind of decent store organization, on the rare occasion I spotted an employee they were busy socializing with other associates, not a single actual register was open, only customer service and the two girls working there had no idea what they were doing...
