RecommendedAfter losing our baby crib in our move we needed a new one and we needed to leave the store with it that day. Kris showed me everything that was in stock and when the box wouldn’t fit in our SUV he helped me unbox it and get it in the car so our child could have a safe place to sleep that night. He is the nicest and most knowledgeable employee I’ve ever encountered at a Buy Buy Baby store.
I love going there, staff are friendly
First time in the store. Had a lot to choose from. They could work on having more than 1 cashier, and when calling one, have that person hustle to help. Took awhile to buy 1 item. Otherwise my first experience was ok.
First time here last night started a registry. This is my first baby so I was clueless about products and what I needed. The associates were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and I was given a ton of one on one attention. I learned a lot and will be back to put more on the list!
The item that I needed was not carried in the store, so a store associate ordered it for me. The package game and the shipping box was intact but the product box and product was scratched and damaged. Long story short, I spent several hours on hold and talking to customer service where they said they would express me a new one to come by Saturday, May 13, the day of the shower. I absolutely love this store wonderful people there always willing to help . I did my baby registry there and at Target highly recommend buy buy baby great people and prices and they price match!! and had Zero issues. target had the worst customer service ever I originally ordered my stroller through them and they kept delaying it over four times and it was cutting into my due date . fought for hours to refund me cash but they would only do a gift card . was so frustrating I will never go there again not customer friendly.
