This company is nothing but a scam. The owner Corey you can't even get on the phone. But he will supposedly get in touch with you within 24hours of contacting the company. He tries to pull the military vet card on his website like he has integrity, honesty and etc. If you can actually get someone on the phone, then they will only offer 20% of what your property is actually worth. But they will turn around and sell it for more. How is that being honest and having integrity. I do not recommend a dishonest company like this.

I feel that I was swindled. I had to sell three lots last fall. Corey initially offered $800/lot. I agreed to that price. He later called and told me that after some research he found that one of the lots was in a flood plain. For that one, he wanted to offer only $200. We settled on $400. So, okay, it all got sold anyhow. Looking now at real estate listings, he is trying to sell each of those lots for $3000. Why isn't he asking less for the one which he paid only half as much for? Corey and his team were fantastic! They were able to make it so easy for me and did it with little to no hassle on my end. I am really happy I went with them and I recommend BYD for anyone looking to sell!
