If you want to get a tire for your vehicle, they don't take appointments, so you have to wait an hour+ there while they put a tire on your car. They actually state that when you call. "45 minutes to 1 hour, no appointments for tire work". They are almost always slammed busy, so that 1 hour will undoubtedly be longer, because they don't allow appointments and people just roll on in there off the street.
