Even though this was my first time shopping here (and they are closing for retirement), what a nice, welcoming establishment. Their dog greeted me and asked to be petted! I wish the best for them with many great new adventures.
Not helpful and not stand by their work! Updated. The carpet I bought I now believe was inferior and the padding has ripples everywhere in three rooms. I was told by a outside contractor that the padding was installed improperly. Its been about 3 years since bought. All will have to be replaced. A lost of good money. Updated June 8, 2021. The carpet owner came and saw the carpet. He admit the ripples shouldn't be there and suggest he would fix this. No date given.
