Not helpful and not stand by their work! Updated. The carpet I bought I now believe was inferior and the padding has ripples everywhere in three rooms. I was told by a outside contractor that the padding was installed improperly. Its been about 3 years since bought. All will have to be replaced. A lost of good money. Updated June 8, 2021. The carpet owner came and saw the carpet. He admit the ripples shouldn't be there and suggest he would fix this. No date given. Very disappointed. They did not commit to get the job done after 4 days of the date guaranteed. They charged an expensive fee for moving a furniture after breaking it and not putting the item back in place. There was no communication as we had to push them to talk with us.
