Sent an email about some tires of a specific size to which they responded with a specific tire in stock. When I showed up, the tire he had said was available turned out to be two sizes too small. Wasted my time and gas driving there. Also tried telling me they’re just narrower than the size I currently had when I’ve literally worked in a tire shop and understand that isn’t how measurements work.
I got sold 13 year old tires without being told how old they were. Once I realized their age, I returned to the store to ask for either a replacement or refund. It was then that I had a very bizarre interaction where I was told my concerns were incorrect and that old tires are in fact safe. This is completely untrue and a very unsafe business practice to be installing tires this old and assuring customers that they’re safe.
