Sign clearly said they close at 6pm. I arrived at 5:40 pm. Doors were locked. I had a question and knocked on the window like 3 times. One lady right in front of me didn’t even look my way. Another lady appeared and said that they were closed. I told her that I had a question and she said she couldn’t open the door. I used to purchase a few items here before when they were named Numis. They’ve really gone downhill. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere folks.

Have hours posted that close at 6 but make sure you arrive plenty of time before then because closed sign is at least 10 min early and the service seems to stop around that time also. It was hard to even get the person working inside to even acknowledge that you are outside since she was trying to avoid eye contact that they were in fact closed early. Horrible service another employee couldn't take a second to hear a question just said not on the clock, never missing a beat in her steps. The question could have been answered... read more

Called to ask some questions and they just hung up the phone. Extremely rude and disrespectful. I believe her name was Liz.

They left a voicemail to remind me i have till the following day before 5pm to get my bracelet. So the following day i called before 5 saying i will come to get my bracelet but the rude lady who answered the phone told me I wont be able to get my bracelet because the day before was my last day.
