Edit in response to owner: your employee is absolutely selling work on the side. Your communications prior to install were incorrect as your office told me plywood only when tech refused to do the job I spoke to your admins who read right off the sheet . I asked to talk to a manager and that never happened. This review is the result of poor customer service and a 2 minute conversation with management could have avoided the whole thing.
