We chose Sue initially because we were looking to purchase a residential building lot and she is one of the few agents accredited to buy/sell land (Accredited Land Consultant) which is a completely different animal than buying or selling a home. She indicated from the start that she was willing to stick with us for as long as it would take because finding the right lot is not easy. After looking at many lots, we were able to find our dream lot in less than a year. Thanks Sue.
