Bought a stackable washer and dryer GE for 600.00 dollars.. 9/10/24 and when I did a loud of laundry it has a bad smell to it.so I tried to put cleaner in it to get Red of the smell . But it’s still smells bad ..So I called them and told them about the smell. She said as long as it works that they can’t do nothing about it then I said I’m gonna put a complaint in and bbb.org and then she’s trying to give me old Stack mate washer dryer and 200.00 in Store credit. Bought washer for $259. Washer #1 didn't work wouldn't even agitated clothes, I took it back immediately that day. Washer #2 work for 4 small loads before the tub went off balance and quit. Called for days leaving messages and texting. No response until I went to the store. She said she didn't have anything available, but her guy was working on some. Come back tomorrow at the same time. I was looking to buy a used washing machine, and I looked on marketplace. Most of them said how they disconnected and moved it and can't let me watch it run...but that it works fine. Some said they could deliver. That was too risky. Buy Rite had one that caught my interest...and the main reason I wanted to look at it was their 30-day 100% guarantee. I saw they had one BBB complaint in the past three years, and I thought only one was a good thing considering problems which could happen with used appliances . Plus...the compla... read more

My mom Brought washer and dryer set and they didn't work they switched them out 3 times and still not right. Each time they were older and older models. Waste of money and time. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Save your money and just buy a new washer and dryer. These people are rip offs. Now we have this washer that doesn't work and is very old dryer same.

The lady who owns this place is a scammer. Me and my brother bought a window AC on Saturday for $100. 2 hrs after installing the fan stopped working. We called Monday and asked if we could bring it back. She told us she'd only give us $50 back in the 2 days we had it. So we lost $50. Granted she has a 30 day return policy posted in her building. I would advise no one to give her their business. She has nothing but bad reviews.
