Had to pester owner for months to get a simple receipt for product warranty claim. The installer scratched up new sliding doors and flashing while installing them (covered scratches with caulk) and put a nail through a sound system wire (where no nail was before, or needed, and was made aware of the wires beforehand) causing me another project. Pricing isn't terrible but you definitely get what you pay for. I.e., an unprofessional outfit. Not working with the sharpest tools here.

Drove out to their location in Roselle per their website and they are not there. Called the number on their website and it is no longer in service. We're all for giving the independent guy our business but when you don't update your website so we can find you well, you lose.

We had a terrible experience with Buy Right. The installer scratched our outside siding around the screen door when the old caulk was removed. Len asked me what color I wanted to have it painted, but never followed through. The inside door around the door knob is showing the coating abrasion. When it rains, the water goes down the screen door in spite of the awning. This winter, the screen door window was frozen. I was promised some extra pieces of siding and they just completed a job with same color and they did not even try to get me any extra siding.
