After struggling for a while to get a vehicle that suited us and didn't break us financially we decided to check in at Tios. Long story short, within 45 minutes we fell in love with a car which Jorge bent over backwards to make sure we would be happy AND financially stable whilst making payments. We met his wife, too, who was so lovely and we chat for about 20 minutes whilst waiting for documents to be done. 10/10, 5*, can't fault these guys <3
Lazy and lies to sellers. Stepfather sold a car here twice, and both times George, the owner of the dealership (which is required by law to do all paperwork) made my 88 year old stepfather do all the DMV transfer paperwork online by himself. Stepfather doesn't even own a computer. Never said anything about it until we started getting ominous notices about unpaid registration and insurance, and when I called to ask why he hadn't submitted the title transfer, he had the nerve to say it was our responsibility.
