Amazing product! My husband installed by himself, which I was concerned with, but the project came out so beautiful. Thanks to the helpful staff, they helped figure out the exact amount of panels, Marianny was so helpful. Highly recommend them.

Where to begin...Initial delay for production. What was marketed as 2-3 weeks turned into 6 1/2 weeks. Then the columns that arrived were completely the wrong size. Waited weeks more, finally got replacement columns, painstakingly crafted in the wrong rock pattern. I negotiated a partial refund, but still had the wrong product. Then on to the panels. I received panels & corners that were molded incorrectly. I returned them and received more panels & corners that were molded incorrectly and the company refused to refund my money. I spent days shaving the panels & corners down to make them fit.

i had started the siding for the front of my house , one of the order was wrong, i contacted them so they can send a new order. they were no help instead of change the panels since they sent the wrong ones, they wanted to charge me a 20% restocking fee. then the person helping was like how is that our fault. i was like how are your helping me.after all that talk he wanted my credit card, i said for what ,they was like to place the order. i said thats like placing s new order, not exchange what you guys sent me was the wrong ... read more
