Im glad I used a pay app for this purchase so I can at least be charged anymore payments unless I actually recieve said products I placed an order june 1 and be getting the complete run around since. I don't see them lasting too much longer absolute worst customer service I've ever seen. I willl NEVER buy anything from this place again.

i ordered 8 days ago and still haven’t gotten anything and whenever i message in the customer support i don’t get an answer until a day later and that’s if im lucky. they said what i ordered got discontinued so they offered a substitute and i requested a different one and was accepted but it still hasn’t gotten here. i tried asking if they even started shipping it yet but they never respond. i need it dealt with asap id like to receive what i paid for.

Ordered on 3/23. No track info was ever sent. Their support chat told me that the order was fulfilled, even though the order status still says "Waiting to be fulfilled". No communication via email or phone. Buyers beware. I am detecting a pattern in their recent reviews.

I did receive shipment very good product. They just take a while in responding and shipping. So be patient.
