The price offered was significantly lower than over the phone, the price offered wasn't the issue, but the attitude of the front of desk. On the prior phone call I indicated as much of the damage to the car that I could and that if the price was likely to be lower, I would like to know as I didn't want to waste my time. (We live in London, no one has time to waste) When I got there and raised this, and acknowledged I would have appreciated some indicator prior of the possibility of range, he couldn't take on board any feedba... read more
