The repair man fixed our main problem with our washer and told us a way to save money on a minor problem, that we could do ourselves. Friendly and competent. Went beyond what I expected.

My experience was good, the communication was good. Had a quarter in the drain line. They were able to fishbowl and fixed the problem quickly. I will use and refer Buxtons.
They should be the first and only people you call for appliance repair! My home warranty company has sent them to my house 3 times and they have been WONDERFUL! They are quick, professional, and get the job done right. James has been to my house each time and he is very friendly, shows me the problem and then shows me his completed work.This last time, my home warranty called a different company first and that company actually made my washer worse.
