Been doing business with them since 2008 and highly recommend them. The staff are AWSOME and prompt appointments when I call. Shout out to ***** for always being courteous and professional. I will wait for an appointment just to get on his schedule. Thanks for many years of excellent service.

I've worked with ****** since 2017 and they have never let me down. They are responsive, they can usually sort the issue out over the phone, they know their customers, and the appliances. Just have your model and serial number ready. A TRUE local customer oriented service company. I manage apartments and used to call them a lot more than I do which is really a testament to their knowledge base and service. I had a brand new freezer that had problems after several phone calls. .They were the lucky ones that was sent out for the warranty ...The lady in the office was very nice and polite called me when she said would ..when they got the parts in they called me and the installer was on time and very friendly..will highly recommended them to friends and famiy

Do not use this company! They came out diagnosed my problem and told me they would contact my warranty company to let them know what needed to be done. I hear nothing for a week, all the while I'm out of a working refrigerator/freezer. I re-contact them a week later and am told to call the maker, LG since it is covered under warranty. I call LG and they tell me to call Buxton back and ask them to order the part it will be covered. The repair man fixed our main problem with our washer and told us a way to save money on a minor problem, that we could do ourselves. Friendly and competent. Went beyond what I expected.

My 4 year old Whirlpool Duet front load washing machine stopped working. James diagnosed the motor control unit had gone out and gave me a quote to replace it, which was very reasonable. He went to work and quickly had my problem resolved. James was very courteous, professional, friendly & neat. He not only tested my machine before departing, he also checked to make sure the trap was clean and the drum was moving freely. The home office was also very responsive and helpful.
