Was billed a little over $3700 in vehicle repairs few years ago. Was not provided any information that the bill would be close to this amount even after asking multiple times for an estimate. At that time we were a new, young small business and didn't know any better. Work was proceeded without acceptance or signature of our permission.

If I could leave a negative number review I would have! They were called and dispatched to one of our trucks that was broken down on 422 at 5 p.m. We were told it would be within 60 to 90 minutes. Over three and a half hours later they still weren't there! Couldn't get the answering service to answer the phone all I got was a text reply saying they were sorry that their driver never showed up and gave me a list of other numbers to call. Horriable company to work for. Take employees for granted and do not pay them yet sends text messages saying sorry. We will pay you when we can. Dom is the son who claims to be there dispatcher yet a drug head so not reiliable. The owner big Dom doesn't even ha ve enough respect to text someone back. I hope they lose all there contracts. We will be seeing them in court.
