I had a combo procedure last week. This is my 4th time over the last 15 years. It was my 1st time with this wonderful group of people. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and professional. The entire process from initial contact, 1st consult, and the procedure was perfect. Communication from everyone was excellent. These folks will take great care of you!

Exceptionally bad service. They don't have phones you can call but instead a call center that never knows anything. When you call, they tell you they don't know anything and to contact your doctor via their web portal. The doctors don't read the web portal, so you never hear back that way or, if you do, it's a generic response like they only skimmed what you sent.
