This Dentist was the rudest person I ever met. I walked out his office numb swollen in pain with no work done. He did nothing but insult me calling my mouth little after getting a tool stuck in my mouth then starts yelling “I don’t know what to do, get the tooth pulled.” Non of his staff helped or showed any compassion I felt attacked and disrespected after being so excited to get rid of the pain in my tooth. Melissa, I believe her name is, at the front desk, is an angel sent from heaven. Dr. Buurma was scheduled out for a few months so I was planning on waiting until September, despite immense pain. Her patience was otherworldly and she called me multiple times to ensure that I was able to get in after someone’s cancellation. I’ve never been more thankful to get in for dental work.
