Support this business! There were a number of challenges with my order, Kevin did everything he could to correct the situation and get my gift basket delivered. He upgraded my order out of kindness and kept in constant contact with me - even through a terrible snow/rain/sleet storm in Toronto! Even after I gave him the wrong building number!
