I traveled to Toronto to celebrate my godson’s 28th birthday, and I wanted to find the perfect gift for him and his group of six who were staying in an Airbnb. After arriving on Friday, I reached out to Butzi Gift Baskets around 2 PM. From the beginning, their customer service was outstanding. They took the time to listen to what I was looking for and made recommendations. What impressed me most was how quickly they followed up, even sending photos of available gift baskets for the very next day. The gift basket arrived arou... read more
Amazing experience with Butzi gifts basket! The basket was beautifully packaged, the wine was excellent, and every item in the basket felt premium. Since we were their first customers, they surprised us with an upgraded bottle of wine on the house. This is easily the best gift basket I’ve ever purchased. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely order again!
I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to the entire team at Butzi Gifts Toronto, especially Kevin, for the exceptional support and assistance provided during my recent order. Their patience, understanding, and willingness to think outside the box to resolve the issues truly made a difference. I genuinely appr... read more
I ordered a surprise gift basket from Germany. Even though there was a small issue with the billing verification, the customer service team (Simon & Jonathan) resolved it incredibly fast and professionally. Excellent communication. Highly recommended!
Excellent for St. Michael's Hospital patient delivery! So many good options, free same day delivery, and so courteous and responsive! Thank you so much for your kindness and quality! I tried calling the hospital gift shop 5 times, no luck - YOU SAVED THE DAY and have made a hurting person and people who care for her very happy. Honestly I wish I knew more people in Toronto so I could send more of your gifts.
