Dr Butz said he'd fill his patients prescription in December his last month in business, He lied. He said he'd refer a new doctor, he lied. Ive been out of meds since the 26th that he promised to fill. I spoke with his staff on 12/19/24 and they said they'd send my prescriptions to the pharmacy, they lied. Don't ever see Doctor Butz because you won't get the care he promised in his Contract. Ive been calling the office past 2 weeks leaving messages, and no one returned my calls. Yeah 👍 I can talk to my Care cornator that works for my insurance I can transfer to another pain doctor and I can sign for the new doctor to get my records from the New Mexico pain center .. Dr nogozi Angela nkadi is not good Dr.. she's from a foreign country and she will do things behind your back after you say NO on something and lie about their no good Lab.
