Went in ordered wings fries and Mac and cheese friend ordered smash burger and loaded fries went right after paying and asked to upgrade fries to loaded fries and both girls said I couldn’t just add cheese and bacon to my order and the owner would get mad if they charged them to add and had to charge me for a whole order of loaded fries I was fine with that I guess but they brought my wings out there was 6 split wings not 6 whole wings like they told me in the beginning before I ordered I had asked before hand and when they ... read more
Ordered through DoorDash. Don’t pay attention to the descriptions on the menu. Loaded fries for example, advertised as having cheese, bacon, sour cream and green onions was bacon bits and hard shredded cheese. Will never frequent this place again. Second time my wife and I have tried this place and were disappointed both times. Please save your money up and go to Jim N’ Nick’s because they are a good chain and have good food.
Spent 75 bucks on food to have an edible burger. Everything else was inedible. Potato salad was in with the hot fried okra. Fried green beans tasted like plastic. Got a half slice of bacon UNDER the burger. Ordered ribs and they came in a PAPER BAG! No plate to eat them from. This is the second time we've ordered from there and have been dissatisfied BOTH times. Nasty food. Smells like old dishwater.
Had lunch there Saturday. Took almost 30 minutes to get our food. I got the chicken plate - slaw and baked beans were good. Sliced chicken was very dry/overcooked. I would not get that again but my husband got a hamburger and I ate a bite of it and thought it was very good - wish I had gotten that.
The staff is super nice and it didn't take long to get food.
