I could not be more pleased with the flowers I ordered for my elderly relative! Not only did she and her family tell me how beautiful the arrangement was but so did the nursing staff at the facility where she was staying. It's so hard to order flowers when you live out-of-state. You always wonder if you will get what you're expecting. Butt's has always done a wonderful job for me but they really went above and beyond! I would recommend them to everyone.
We could not have been more pleased with the beautiful arrangements and floral services provided by Amber Titterington and the Butts Flower's Staff. Amber treated us like family and added personal touches to the arrangements. Which were delivered in a timely manner by a caring staff.
Fabulous service and beautiful flowers. After stopping by unannounced, they were very nice, extremely helpful and had a beautiful arrangement ready to go in no time at all. Will definitely use them again!!

I looked for florists in the Calumet area and B*tt's Flowers was one of them. However, when I asked if they could deliver they asked me, (in so many words) how much was I going to spend of flowers to make it worth their time? Seriously, thats what a delivery carge is for! If you serve the surrounding areas then you do,..if you don't then edit your inforation! I was totaly offended and if I could give them a half star then I would. They would get the half star for finally answering the phone during working hours.
my review of Butt's may not sound very elequent, but I'll take a CRACK at it; I went in the night of a FULL MOON.The staff was a bit rude, but I turned the other CHEEK.Some think the service STINKS,butt on a scale,1-4,(1,being great),I think they're a solid #2.
Butt's Flower Shop in El Reno, OK. is very poorly operated. I can say without a doubt that I nor anyone my family knows will EVER use them again. Recently I ordered flowers for my wife (a day in advance) for our anniversary, I asked if the flowers could be delivered sometime in the a.m. the next day. I was called the day of our anniversary at 12:30 to be informed that the flowers would not be delivered and that they would not doing business with us anymore because they "just can't handle the stress" of my wife. My husband ordered flowers from their Valentines tab and they called said the Valentine's flowers cost more. The delivery charge was more on the check out screen then they advertised and when they called they wanted even more money for that. We will never use them again for anything. An over all awful experience. They are CHEATS!!!!!
Would not honor the online prices price went from $50 to $65 instead.
